Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches

1 pkg. John Soules pre-cooked angus sliced steak
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 tsp. garlic
1 tablespoon steak sauce
1 tsp. pepper
butter to saute' veggies and for the rolls
garlic salt
sub rolls
smoked provolone cheese

In a large saute' pan, cook peppers, onions & garlic with steak sauce, pepper and butter. Cook until tender. Add angus sliced steak and cook until meat is heated thoroughly.
On a cookie sheet, take the rolls and pull apart, then butter each side and sprinkle with garlic salt. Broil in the oven on 450 until toasted. Remove and add meat and veggie mixture, then top with provolone cheese. Enjoy!
