Tender & Juicy Crock Pot Roast

1 "chuck" roast
1/2 cup water
1 pkg. onion-mushroom soup mix (dry)

Pour water into your crock pot, then add the roast.
Sprinkle dry soup mix over roast and cover and cook
on high for 1 hour and on low for at least 7 hours.

This roast comes out so tender and juicy, and leftovers are great for sandwiches.

Nilla Pudding Bites

1 box prepared vanilla or banana pudding
Vanilla wafers
sliced bananas

Place some vanilla wafers with flat side up on a plate.  Top with a spoonful of pudding, add a sliced banana, then top with another vanilla wafer, flat side down.
Make as many as you can eat, they're bite size and great for everyone to enjoy!

**You could also substitute the pudding for strawberry and add strawberry slices.
**Make Nutella bites by adding some Nutella instead of pudding and then a banana or strawberry and top with another wafer.

Nutella Quesadillas

1 fajita size flour tortilla
Nutella
mini marshmallows

Spread Nutella on one side of a flour tortilla, then top with a few mini
marshmallows.  Fold tortilla over and heat in a skillet on both sides until
lightly browned and the filling is starting to melt.  Remove from skillet
and put on a plate.  Slice in half and sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with a sliced banana and strawberry.  Enjoy!
