Cowboy Beans

1 pkg. pinto beans
1 pkg. smoked sausage, diced
1 can rotel diced green chilies and tomatoes
1 small diced onion
4 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons of McCormick's Steak Seasoning (contains coarse salt, garlic, etc.)

In a large pot, soak beans for about 30 minutes then drain. Add more water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and slow cook stirring occasionally and adding more water as necessary. Add onion, chili powder and steak seasoning while beans are cooking. Add diced smoked sausage and rotel to the beans about an hour before time to eat. Serve with diced onions, cheddar cheese, jalapenos or pico de gallo, and mexican cornbread. Also great to pour beans over fritoes and then add extra toppings. Yummy
