Lemon Chicken Salad

1/2 cup mayo 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. lemon juice 2 pkg. pre-cooked chicken chunks 1/2 cup diced celery 1/2 cup sliced or slivered almonds 1 small diced apples 1 tsp. black pepper In a bowl, mix mayo, salt & lemon juice, set aside. In another bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir, then add mayo mixture and stir until completely blended. Serve with crackers or make a sandwich.
